Droog is dutch design company founded in 1993 by designer Gijs Bakker and Renny Ramakers, arthistorian and design critic. Truely a laboratory of experiment, this group of talents has revolutionised approaches to design and inspired an incredible number of young designers. Their disconcerting furniture conveys acerbic and facetious commentaries on production methods and over-consumption. Several of their pieces are held in the MoMA design collection.
